We had such a pleasure working with Paul & Sue, the “GO Team." We had previously put our house on the market with a realtor based on a family friend’s referral. Unfortunately, the realtor didn’t know how to market for our neighbourhood or the demographic that would be interested in our home. We were surprised at how unprofessional she came across, barely even staging the home that stood empty, as we had already moved. She had a website that looked like it was made in the early 2000’s and no presence at all on social media. That should have been our sign. Disappointed we didn’t sell our home or even have any bites after three months, we ended the contract and waited to decide our next move.
