Here we go! Explore 613’s 2022 Holiday Map is ready to go. Find all the best Christmas Decorations, Christmas Lights, and Christmas Displays around Ottawa. Explore613 is accepting all holiday houses & displays from anywhere with a 613 or 819 area code.

*please note we would love to see all lit up homes added to the map not just elaborate ones - pretty glistening lights in the dark of winter put just as many smiles on faces as huge displays. Send a photo and people can decide if they want to make it part of their tour. We add every single house that is submitted, not just the “most decorated in the neighborhood” - that is why we have categories ❤️

On the Christmas Decoration Map - we have options for:

Submission Forms

Our submission forms are ready to go, and we have THREE submission type choices this year. Photos are highly encouraged for verification purposes but not requires.

• One for photos *By submitting your photos, videos, etc - you are giving me permission to post them across social media & on our map. - if you include your name and/or handles - I will credit you :)

• Second form is the regular submission form, no requirement for signing in - but you cannot upload photos here.

• Third choice is to email me, but please either fill out the regular form and email me separately so I can get all the information I need, otherwise please provide as much information as possible with your email, attach any photos or video you wish in the email.

• Your name & email will not be published. Your name will only be used if you have given me a social media profile to tag or have stated you would like me to promote your fundraiser page.

Please note, I add these one by one by myself - with only the information provided to me. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get submissions on the map during the busy season.

I also do try to drive and see each house over the course of the month, taking pics as I go to verify houses are decorated. If you would like to report a house that does not actually have any decorations or lights - please let me know immediately so I can contact the submitter to see if it was incorrect info and/or verify that it was properly added by me. We do not REQUIRE photos to be submitted with addresses, but they are appreciated it does help to verify that the house is at least participating. Contact me anytime here: wicked@explore613.ca
