Our home is SOLD thanks to Paul & Sue!

We sold our Hintonburg Home after ONE WEEK on the market!!! We can only hope the new owners love the home as much as we did. So many amazing BBQ's under the stars... 

We had such a pleasure working with Paul & Sue, the “GO Team." We had previously put our house on the market with a realtor based on a family friend’s referral. Unfortunately, the realtor didn’t know how to market for our neighbourhood or the demographic that would be interested in our home. We were surprised at how unprofessional she came across, barely even staging the home that stood empty, as we had already moved. She had a website that looked like it was made in the early 2000’s and no presence at all on social media. That should have been our sign.  Disappointed we didn’t sell our home or even have any bites after three months, we ended the contract and waited to decide our next move.

When we contacted Sue & Paul to be our real estate agents, we knew we had found the right people to sell our home. Right away they knew about the neighbourhood, as well as the demographic they should be marketing our lovely home to. They were all over social media, and had plenty of success in selling an array of different properties. They were so professional and brought in an amazing stager, Robin of STAGEFX, and photographer Lynn Elias. The whole team made our house so beautiful we very much considered moving back!

  • Offered to change anything we didn’t agree with (price/staging/showings etc) - even though that was never an issue! 
  • Had emails sent to us whenever a showing was booked - even though we weren’t living at our home, this was an amazing feature to have!

Our house is now sold (in less than a week on the market!) and we would definitely recommend Paul & Sue for any of your real estate needs. We will be using them in any future home buying.

They are situated in Carleton Place, but they also have extensive knowledge about Ottawa & the demographics of all the neighbourhoods. They beyond proved that when they quickly sold our house in one of the hippest up-and-coming neighbourhoods in Ottawa. The only thing we regret, is not hiring them the first time! GO PAUL & SUE!
