Explore 613’s Maps are growing every year. I had someone tell me about my map while talking to them about Halloween (they didn’t know I was the creator), I had people stop by last Halloween and told me they found my house on the map… Houses that were fundraising let me know that the map helped them raise more money than ever before. So, of COURSE #Halloween613 Map is back for all of Ottawa (& Beyond!) for the FOURTH year in a row!
Explore613 is taking submissions until Halloween (Tuesday October 31st!) at noon - at which we will no longer be adding submissions (you can still email us for REMOVAL at ANY TIME!)
YES - we are taking houses from the ENTIRE 613. Ottawa, Ottawa Valley, St Lawrence, Kingston, Rockland, Rideau Lakes - if you live near the 613 area codes we will take your submission. (we also take addresses from across the river - we love you Gatineau & Aylmer!)
If you need to amend or remove your house (especially if someone else submitted your house!) - email me ASAP wicked@explore613.ca
Each listing is clickable and may have extra details: photos, end date, running times, donation links, radio stations etc
Each category can be toggled on and off - only want to see decorated homes and no events? Click on the “Decorated Homes” category at the top of the map, and it will only show you the Haunted Yards and nothing else.

12 foot Skelly? Witch? Grim Reaper? Jack Skellington? - If you have one or more of the famous 12 foot Skeletons or other characters - make sure to let us know on the form. Some readers are out hunting these 12-ft displays!
Fundraiser: Are you raising money for a charity close to your spooky heart with your Haunted Yard Halloween Display? We want to help! Your house will get a special feature on the map, don’t forget to include the charity and all the ways people can donate: fundraiser links, bring cash, bring non-perishables, accept card, paypal or QR code on site?
Accessible: Are you offering allergy-friendly treats? Is your front door or trick or treat area accessible for all? Are you sensory-friendly? We have the tags to add to your Halloween Decorated Home on our map so our readers who are looking for accessible homes to visit during Spooky Season or on Halloween Night know exactly where to go.
Website or Socials: Do you have a special website or social pages dedicated to your Haunt? Give us all the links on the submission form and we will post them on the map, tag you in any videos or photos we post of your display, we may even feature your Halloween Home on our pages!
Spooky Event: are you, a charity or a local business hosting an event our map readers need to know about it? We will get it on the map. Submit a form, and I will follow up with any questions.
Something Else? Give us all the details about your special Halloween display or Haunted Yard and we will make a new category or tags…
