Hi Moms and Mama-to-be's! Just wanted to let you know that after much hunting for prenatal aquafitness classes, I found some the City of Ottawa offers (they also have ones for new moms with babies/toddlers called Diaperfit!)

Most of the registration dates for the spring classes started on March 2nd - so they are now open for registration!

I will be signing up for one in Little Italy at Plant Bath that starts at the end of March (I'm due July 4th!)

The prices are really fair consider you do 8-12 classes.
